OUR TAKE

A hand-winding column wheel chronograph from a British microbrand, with a dial designed to look like a watermelon. Pink dégradé centre, green tachymeter ring, black seed-shaped hour markers. It shouldn't work, but it does. Underneath the colour is a proper watch: Seagull ST-1901 movement with blued screws and Côtes de Genève finishing on full display through the exhibition caseback, double-domed sapphire, and each one QC'd and regulated by Horologium in the UK before it ships. At 38.5mm with a 44.5mm lug-to-lug it'll sit right on basically any wrist. This is the kind of independent watch that actually does something different instead of just talking about it. Gen2, full kit.
