Our 30-Day Guarantee We want you to love your watch. If you don't, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. Simple as that.
Condition Requirements To qualify for a return, your watch must be:
- Completely unworn (we check for micro-scratches)
- All protective stickers intact
- Original packaging included
- All documentation, tags, and certificates present
- No signs of sizing adjustments or strap changes
How to Return

- Get your return authorization: We'll send you a returns number and prepaid shipping label (UK only)
- Pack it securely: Use original packaging plus extra protection. You're responsible until it reaches us
- Ship within 48 hours: Once approved, send it back promptly
- Receive your refund: Within 3 business days of receipt and inspection
What We Don't Accept Returns On
- Worn watches (any signs of wear void the return)
- Watches with removed stickers or tags
- Special orders or sourced pieces
- Straps and accessories (hygiene reasons)
- Watches purchased on finance (contact Klarna directly)
International Returns
- Same 30-day policy applies
- Buyer covers return shipping
- Must declare as "returned merchandise" to avoid customs issues
- We recommend insured, tracked shipping
Damaged or Incorrect Items Received the wrong watch or found damage? Contact us immediately (within 24 hours). We'll arrange collection and replacement at our expense. Send photos via WhatsApp for fastest resolution.
After 30 Days Returns aren't accepted after 30 days unless:
- Authentication issues (covered forever under our Authentication Guarantee)
Refund Processing
- Refunds go to your original payment method
- Processing takes 3-5 business days after inspection
- Klarna refunds follow their terms (usually 5-14 days)
- PayPal refunds are typically instant
Important Notes
- We photograph watches before shipping for our protection and yours
- All returns are inspected under magnification
- We reserve the right to refuse returns showing any wear
- Attempted fraud will be reported to Action Fraud UK
Exchange Policy We don't do direct exchanges. If you want a different watch, return your original for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get current pricing and availability.
