Our 30-Day Return Policy If you're not happy with your watch, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.
Return Conditions We just need the watch back in the condition you received it. That means unworn, with all original packaging, documentation, tags, stickers, and certificates. No strap changes, no sizing adjustments. If it's in the same condition as when you opened the box, you're covered.
How to Return

- We'll send you a returns number and a prepaid shipping label (UK only)
- Pack it securely using the original packaging plus extra protection — you're responsible until it reaches us
- Refund issued within 3 business days of us receiving and inspecting the watch
What Can't Be Returned
- Watches showing any signs of wear
- Watches with removed stickers or tags
- Special orders or sourced pieces
- Straps and accessories sold separately
International Returns Same 30-day policy. Buyer covers return shipping. Declare as "returned merchandise" to avoid customs issues. We strongly recommend insured, tracked shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Wrong watch or damage on arrival? Contact us within 24 hours with photos via WhatsApp. We'll arrange collection and replacement at our expense.
After 30 Days Returns aren't accepted after 30 days. If an authentication issue ever comes up — regardless of when — contact us and we'll either refund you or replace the watch.
Refund Processing
- Refunds go to your original payment method
- Processing takes 3-5 business days after inspection
- Klarna refunds follow their own terms, usually 5-14 days
- PayPal refunds are typically instant
