The Policy

30 days from delivery. Full refund. No restocking fees. No store credit nonsense.

How It Works

Day 1-30: Change your mind for any reason. Send it back.

Day 31+: Sale is final unless there's an authenticity or undisclosed damage issue.

Condition Requirements

The watch comes back exactly as we sent it:

  • No new scratches or damage
  • All boxes, papers, tags included
  • Stickers and protective films still in place if that's how it arrived
  • No sizing adjustments (or keep the removed links)

The Process

  1. Email us at luca@calderonewatchco.com or send us a text. Saying you want to return it.
  2. We send you a prepaid label. Insured shipping. 
  3. Pack it properly. The same way we sent it to you.
  4. Send it off. Get a receipt.(evidence of postage)
  5. Money back within 48 hours of us receiving it.

What Voids Returns

  • Damage you caused
  • Missing boxes, papers, or accessories
  • Sizing without keeping removed links

After 30 Days

Authenticity issues? Covered forever. That's in our authenticity guarantee.

Undisclosed damage we missed? We'll make it right. Either partial refund or full return. Your choice.

International Returns

Same policy. But you handle customs paperwork on your end. We'll guide you through it, but the forms are your responsibility.
