Our Guarantee
Every watch we sell is genuine. If a watch we sold you is ever shown by an independent watchmaker or the brand to be inauthentic, we refund it in full. There's no time limit on that.
What We Check
Every pre-owned watch is inspected before it's listed, and every watch, new or pre-owned, is checked again before it ships. We check serial numbers against the papers, the movement and its calibre against the reference, aftermarket parts, refinishing, and timekeeping on the timegrapher. If a watch comes with box and papers, we verify those too.
We photograph everything in detail so you can see exactly what you're getting before you buy. If something's not right — aftermarket parts, signs of a refinish, mismatched serials — it either gets disclosed clearly in the listing or it doesn't get listed at all.
What We Look Out For
- Aftermarket parts — wrong bezels, dials, or hands swapped in
- Refinished or repolished cases
- Marriage watches — wrong movement for the model
- Frankenwatches — parts assembled from multiple watches
