Shipping policy

UK
Shipping is free on every order. We send every watch by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is tracked end to end, needs a signature, and is guaranteed by 1pm the next working day to almost every UK address (a few Highlands and Islands postcodes are guaranteed later in the day). Order before 2pm on a working day and it ships the same day; after 2pm, or on a weekend or bank holiday, it ships the next working day. You get the tracking number within an hour of dispatch and a message from us once it's with Royal Mail. If you're out, Royal Mail leaves a card and holds the parcel at your local delivery office for you to collect or rearrange. Orders to the Channel Islands travel with a customs form and can take a day longer.

International
Shipping is free worldwide. We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed where the destination offers it, and International Tracked where it doesn't. Royal Mail's aims are 3–5 working days to Europe and 5–7 to the USA, Canada and the rest of the world; customs clearance can add to that. We complete the customs paperwork. Your country's import duties and taxes are charged when the watch arrives and are your responsibility; they vary by country and we can't estimate them for you.

Packaging
The parcel is plain, with no branding on the outside. The watch is double-boxed with impact protection.

If something goes wrong
The watch is our responsibility until it's delivered. If it's lost or damaged in the post, we refund or replace it, and we deal with Royal Mail ourselves so you don't chase anything. Wrong watch, or damaged on arrival: email us photos as soon as you can and we arrange collection at our expense. Returns are covered in our Refund Policy.
