UK Shipping

Free on all orders. Royal Mail Special Delivery — arrives before 1PM next working day. Fully insured to the purchase price. Dispatched same day if ordered before 2PM, Monday to Friday. Tracking sent within 1 hour of dispatch.

International Shipping

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Fully insured.

• Europe: 2-4 business days — £45
• USA/Canada: 3-5 business days — £45
• Rest of World: 5-7 business days — £45

All customs documentation completed by us. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country.

Packaging

Discreet — no external branding. Double-boxed with impact protection. Signature required on all deliveries.

Dispatch

Orders before 2PM ship same day. Orders after 2PM ship next business day. You get tracking within 1 hour of dispatch and a message from us once it's with Royal Mail.

If Something Goes Wrong

Lost packages: fully refunded or replaced. Damaged items: fully covered by insurance. We handle all courier claims — you don't chase anything.
