- Unworn — no wrist time beyond trying it on
- All original packaging and papers included
- No new scratches or damage
- Same as we sent it
Damage or Wrong Item? Tell us immediately. We'll arrange collection and either replace it or refund you in full. Return shipping covered. You shouldn't pay for our mistakes.
International Returns Same 30-day policy. Buyer covers return shipping. We recommend insured, tracked shipping.
What's Not Returnable Watches with removed tags, custom orders, or anything marked as final sale.
Refund Processing Refund issued within 48 hours of receiving the watch. Your bank may take 3-5 additional days to show it.
