Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return any watch for a full refund, whatever the reason. Your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 sits inside that window; nothing here reduces it, and nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if a watch is faulty or not as described.

How to return a watch

  1. Email us within 30 days of delivery at luca@calderonewatchco.com (or WhatsApp +44 7859 890747) with your order number. A plain statement that you want to return it is enough; you can use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but you don't have to.
  2. We send you a returns number, the return address and, for UK returns, a prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery label. From outside the UK you pay the return postage; use a tracked, insured service, mark the customs declaration "returned goods" and quote the order number on it.
  3. Pack the watch in its original packaging with extra protection around it. It's your responsibility until it reaches us.
  4. We inspect it and issue the refund within 3 working days of receiving it, to the payment method you used. Your bank or card provider may take a further 3–5 working days to show it. Klarna refunds follow Klarna's timescales, usually 5–14 days. PayPal refunds usually show within a day if you paid from a PayPal balance, and within a few days if you paid by card through PayPal.

Condition
Try the watch on as you would in a shop, and keep the protective stickers on while you decide. If it comes back worn, marked, sized or otherwise not as we sent it, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund, as the Regulations allow. Everything that came in the box — packaging, papers, tags, cards and spare links — needs to come back with it.

Wrong watch, or damaged on arrival
Email us photos as soon as you can. We arrange collection at our expense and replace the watch or refund you in full.

After 30 days
We don't accept returns after 30 days, with two exceptions: your statutory rights if a watch is faulty or not as described, and our Authenticity Guarantee, which has no time limit.

Want a different watch instead?
Return the one you have for a refund and place a new order. That way you get current pricing and live availability rather than waiting on us to arrange a swap.
