How do I know if a watch is in stock? The listing tells you. Watches marked in stock are here in the UK, photographed in hand, and ship the same day. New pieces ordered in direct from the brand show the lead time on the listing before you buy.

Can I reserve a watch before buying? Yes — WhatsApp us at +44 7859 890747 and we'll hold any in-stock watch for 24 hours while you decide. We don't take a deposit.

Do you source specific watches? If you're after a particular independent piece, let us know. We have connections with dealers across Europe and can often source watches within 7-14 days. WhatsApp us with the model you're after.

Can I see a watch before I buy? We're online only. For any watch we hold in stock, we'll send extra photos or a video of the actual piece on request.

Do you buy watches or take part-exchange? Yes — send photos and the reference over WhatsApp and we'll come back with a number.

Authentication & Condition

How do you authenticate watches? Every pre-owned watch goes through a full inspection before it's listed — serial numbers, movement inspection, timegrapher figures, and a check for any aftermarket parts. New pieces arrive from the brand unworn, and we check every watch again before it ships to you. If a watch we sold you is ever proven inauthentic, we refund it in full, no time limit.

Are your watches new or pre-owned? We sell both. New pieces come direct from the brands, pre-owned pieces are inspected and photographed as found, and every listing states which it is.

What condition are your watches in? Pre-owned listings include detailed condition notes and 10+ photos of the actual watch — we photograph every flaw and mark. If it's mint, we say mint. If there's a scratch, we show it. New watches are exactly that: unworn, as delivered by the brand.

Do watches come with box and papers? Each listing specifies exactly what's included. Some come full set, others watch only. The price reflects what you're getting. There are no surprises.

Pricing & Payment

Are your prices negotiable? Our listed price here is our best price. We don't inflate and wait for offers — we price it right from day one.

What payment methods do you accept? All major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. We also take USDC if you'd rather pay that way.

Do you offer finance? Yes — Klarna is available at checkout, and you'll see the payment options and full terms before you commit.

Shipping & Returns

How fast do you ship? Order before 2pm UK time on a working day and it ships the same day. UK delivery is next working day with Royal Mail Special Delivery. Shipping is free on every order, and every parcel travels tracked and insured.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do — shipping is free worldwide. EU orders typically arrive in 2-3 days, the USA in 3-5, and the rest of the world in 5-7. Your country's import duties and taxes are charged when the watch arrives and are your responsibility.

What's your return policy? You have 30 days from delivery. If you don't love it, send it back for a full refund — we cover UK return shipping, and the refund is issued within 3 working days of the watch reaching us. Keep the protective stickers on while you're deciding; if a watch comes back worn or marked, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund, as UK law allows. International buyers cover their own return postage. None of this affects your statutory rights.

After-Sales Support

What if I have problems after purchase? Email us and we'll sort it. If it's something we can fix quickly, we will. If not, we'll arrange a return or a replacement. You won't get the runaround.

Is there a warranty? New watches carry the brand's full manufacturer warranty, stated on the listing. Pre-owned watches are sold checked and running to spec, and if something goes wrong early we'll put it right.
