How do I know if a watch is in stock? If it's on our website, it's in our safe. We only list watches we physically have in the UK. No dropshipping, no "available in 6-8 weeks" nonsense. If you can add it to cart, we can ship it today.

Do you source specific watches? Absolutely. If you're after a specific independent piece, let us know. We have connections with dealers across Europe and can often source watches within 7-14 days. WhatsApp us with the model you're after.
Authentication & Condition
How do you authenticate watches? Every watch goes through a 15-point inspection. We check serial numbers against manufacturer databases, examine movement quality, verify case dimensions, and inspect for aftermarket parts. Our authentication process comes from handling 300+ watches through our eBay business since 2024.
What condition are your watches in? Each listing includes detailed condition notes and 10+ photos. We photograph every flaw, scratch, or mark. Most are pre-owned in excellent condition. If it's mint, we say mint. If there's a scratch, we show it.
Do watches come with box and papers? Each listing specifies exactly what's included. Some come full set, others watch only. The price reflects what you're getting. No surprises.

Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship worldwide. EU typically 2-3 days, USA 3-5 days, rest of world 5-7 days. All duties and taxes are buyer's responsibility.
