How do I know if a watch is in stock? If it's on our website, we have it. We only list watches we physically hold in the UK. If you can add it to cart, we can ship it today.

Do you source specific watches? If you're after a specific independent piece, let us know. We have connections with dealers across Europe and can often source watches within 7-14 days. WhatsApp us with the model you're after.
Authentication & Condition
How do you authenticate watches? Every watch goes through a full inspection before it's listed — serial numbers, movement condition, case dimensions, and a check for any aftermarket parts. We've handled 300+ watches through our eBay business. Nothing gets listed until we're confident in it.
What condition are your watches in? Each listing includes detailed condition notes and 10+ photos. We photograph every flaw, scratch, or mark. If it's mint, we say mint. If there's a scratch, we show it.
Do watches come with box and papers? Each listing specifies exactly what's included. Some come full set, others watch only. The price reflects what you're getting. No surprises.
Pricing & Payment
Are your prices negotiable? Our listed price is our best price. We don't inflate and wait for offers — we price it right from day one.
Do you offer finance? Yes, through Klarna at checkout. Spread payments over 3 months interest-free, or up to 36 months with interest. Instant approval for most customers.
Shipping & Returns
How fast do you ship? Order before 2pm GMT and it ships the same day. UK delivery is next-day with Royal Mail Special Delivery. Everything fully insured.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. EU typically 2-3 days, USA 3-5 days, rest of world 5-7 days. All duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
What's your return policy? 30 days, no questions asked. If you don't love it, send it back for a full refund. Watch must be unworn with all stickers and tags intact. We cover UK return shipping.
