A pink California dial with a neon orange seconds hand from a German watchmaker who builds their own movements — NOMOS don't play it safe with this one and it pays off. If you've been looking at independents and want something with personality that isn't another black or blue dial, this is it. Wears well on anything from a 16cm to a 19cm wrist, and at 100m water resistance you're not babying it either. One to know about: it's hand-wind only, so if you want grab-and-go, this isn't that — but 43 hours of power reserve means you're winding once every couple of days.
